MANAMA, Bahrain — The Al Hajar Youth Empowerment Center clinched the fourth Youth Centers Football Championship title after defeating the Sanabis Youth Empowerment Center in a thrilling final match at the Al Reef Union Sports Club stadium.
His Excellency Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, Governor of the Northern Governorate, attended the championship finale as the chief guest and presented the winner’s trophy to the Al Hajar team, alongside gold and silver medals to the finalists.
Speaking at the event, HE the Governor highlighted that the tournament aligns with the Kingdom’s commitment to empowering young people and cultivating athletic talent. He praised the initiative as a successful model of community partnership that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and civic pride.
The event was attended by Ministry of Youth Affairs officials, youth center leaders, and key sponsor representatives, including Mr. Nasser Mohammed Jameel Al Arayedh, Chairman of Al Arayedh Holding Group.
HE Al Madani commended Al Arayedh Holding Group for its sponsorship and acknowledged the dedication of the organizing committee in executing a successful tournament.
Expressing his appreciation, Mr. Al Arayedh thanked the participating teams and public supporters, affirming the group’s continued commitment to collaborating with local youth centers on future sports and community initiatives.
