By MANAMA: His Excellency Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, received His Excellency Mr. Bader Hood Al Mahmoud, Undersecretary for Ports and Maritime Affairs at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MOTT), on Wednesday to discuss enhanced bilateral cooperation.
The meeting focused on strengthening national strategic partnerships and improving joint coordination between the two ministries. During the discussions, Sheikh Nasser praised the existing level of cooperation, particularly highlighting the successful exchange of professional expertise and the ongoing development of technical competencies within both sectors.
The officials explored several topics of mutual interest, specifically focusing on ways to streamline maritime security and port operations. The visit underscores the government’s commitment to integrated departmental efforts aimed at enhancing infrastructure and safety standards across the Kingdom’s maritime borders.
