MANAMA: His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of Customs, and His Excellency Dr. Fouad Mohammed Al Ansari, President of the University of Bahrain, have officially signed a comprehensive framework agreement to strengthen ties between the two institutions.
