MANAMA — In a move to strengthen economic cooperation, the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Her Excellency Shanika Dissanayake, held high-level discussions with the Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), His Excellency Nabeel Kanoo.
The meeting, which included key board members of the BCCI, focused on identifying new avenues to actively promote and enhance bilateral trade and investment between the two nations.
During the session, both sides emphasized the importance of building stronger bridges between their respective business sectors. The discussions centered on leveraging mutual economic strengths, expanding market access, and encouraging joint ventures that could benefit both Sri Lankan and Bahraini enterprises.
