MANAMA: The Royal Police Academy (RPA) has successfully wrapped up the first week of its annual summer camp, a core initiative aligned with the national plan to promote national belonging and consolidate citizenship values, “Bahrainouna”. Running from August 16 to 29, 2026, the program aims to empower the Kingdom’s youth through structured learning and skill development.

The opening week delivered a balanced itinerary combining educational workshops, awareness lectures, field visits, sports, and recreational activities. Participants visited key national institutions and bodies while gaining hands-on training in traffic safety, first aid, community awareness, and essential life skills.
Designed to deepen national identity and foster civic responsibility, the camp provided participants with firsthand insight into Bahrain’s history, heritage, and public institutions. The activities actively emphasized teamwork, discipline, self-reliance, and leadership to prepare the youth for future challenges and opportunities.

The summer camp continues into its second week with a focused curriculum aimed at further refining participants’ capabilities, building confidence, and empowering a conscious generation ready to contribute to the nation’s ongoing growth.
