MANAMA: Minister of Health Dr. Jaleela bint Sayed Jawad Hasan met with Sulaiman bin Saleh Al Dakheel, Director General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Health Council, to review joint health initiatives and discuss preparations for Bahrain to host the upcoming 12th Session of the GCC Health Council.
The meeting focused on advancing common health priorities, strengthening GCC-wide medical integration, and expanding collaborative projects aimed at raising health readiness and security across member states.
Dr. Hasan highlighted Bahrain’s commitment to supporting the GCC Health Council and promoting the exchange of medical expertise and successful practices across the region. For his part, Al Dakheel commended the Kingdom’s continued leadership and support in driving regional healthcare coordination.
