MANAMA: The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) celebrated Teachers’ Day with grand events across its Isa Town and Riffa campuses, honoring the dedication and invaluable contributions of its teaching faculty.
The celebrations commenced with Executive Committee Chairman Adv. Binu Mannil Varughese offering a floral tribute to the portrait of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. Addressing the gathering, he highlighted the pivotal role teachers play in shaping young minds and nurturing responsible citizens. As part of the event, House Official Awards were distributed to teachers who played a key role in making the ‘Tharang’ Youth Festival a grand success.
The ceremony was attended by Secretary V. Rajapandian, Assistant Secretary and Academic Member Ranjini Mohan, Projects and Maintenance Member Mithun Mohan, Executive Committee Member Biju George, Principal Shanta Kumar Dasari, Junior Wing Principal Pamela Xavier, Vice Principal (Academic Administration) Rajesh Nair, Junior Wing Vice Principal Priya Laji, and Staff Representative Parvathi Devadas.
