MANAMA: Annai Tamil Mandram successfully conducted the Non-Resident Tamils (NRT) ID registration drive for the Tamil community in Bahrain for the third consecutive week. Organized in coordination with the Tamil Nadu Government’s Non-Resident Tamils Welfare and Rehabilitation Department, the initiative aims to provide official identity support and welfare assistance to Tamils residing in the Kingdom.
A dedicated team of volunteers facilitated the process, assisting community members with seamless documentation and registration. The ongoing weekly drive has seen active participation from the diaspora, reflecting the community’s strong response to the government welfare scheme.
