Second Week of Royal Police Academy Summer Camp Kicks Off

MANAMA : The second week of the annual summer camp hosted by the Royal Police Academy has officially launched, bringing a broad range of training workshops, field visits, and community initiatives to participating youth.

The camp operates as a key initiative under “Bahrainouna,” the national plan designed to promote national belonging and reinforce citizenship values. Its overarching goal is to equip young participants with essential life skills while fostering a strong sense of civic duty, discipline, and teamwork.

The opening day of the second week introduced interactive workshops spanning effective communication, first aid, innovation and modern technologies, self-defense, decision-making, environmental stewardship, and community service. These sessions are tailored to sharpen practical skill sets while building personal accountability among the youth.

In addition to classroom instruction, the itinerary incorporates field visits to prominent national institutions and facilities. These excursions provide participants with first-hand exposure to diverse professional environments, helping them bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application and encouraging a culture of production and innovation.

Officials highlighted that the Royal Police Academy remains committed to delivering integrated educational and experiential programs. By blending hands-on training with civic awareness, the camp aims to empower a conscious, disciplined generation that takes pride in its national identity while actively contributing to society.
