MANAMA, BAHRAIN
The Embassy of Bangladesh in Bahrain commemorated ‘July Mass Uprising Day’ with due solemnity at the embassy premise.
The event was held in the presence of H.E. Md. Rais Hasan Sarower, NDC, Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The program featured recitations from the Holy Quran, the reading of official state messages, a documentary screening, and an open discussion.
In his address, Ambassador Sarower expressed deep respect and gratitude for the martyrs and injured individuals of the July movement, emphasizing the importance of building a fair, democratic, and humane Bangladesh. He also urged all Bangladeshi expatriates, regardless of political affiliation, to unite for the nation’s development.
The event concluded with a special prayer for the departed souls of all national martyrs. Embassy officials, journalists, educators, community leaders, and expatriates attended the gathering.
